Job Summary

We are looking for ambitious, confident, and driven individuals to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for energetic personalities who enjoy speaking to people, achieving targets, and working in a fast-paced sales environment. No prior recruitmentexperience is required — full training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with candidates and clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Source and match suitable candidates to clients’ hiring requirements
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to successful placement
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Work closely with a fast-moving, target-driven team to drive results

Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, outgoing, and results-driven personality
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn commissions and grow quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Positive learning attitude and willingness to take initiative
