Operations Director (Nursing Home

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations and administration of the nursing home
• Lead operational planning and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and service standards
• Drive quality improvement and transformation initiatives to enhance resident care and operational efficiency
• Manage and support residential care services, admissions, discharges, records management, and related operations
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and strong community partnerships
• Lead and develop teams through coaching, staff engagement, and capability development initiatives
• Support manpower planning, staff retention, and training programmes
• Monitor operational performance, audits, and business continuity measures
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and operational cost management
• Support analysis and reporting of operational and financial performance indicators
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives and service enhancement projects
• Review and improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows
• Perform other duties and strategic projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations
• Experience in nursing home, community care, or ILTC sector is an advantage
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Strong people management and team development capabilities
