Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and administrative duties
- Handle appointment scheduling and patient registration
- Coordinate clinic rosters and support hiring arrangements
- Assist with general clinic operations and documentation
Requirements
- Prior clinic or healthcare administration experience preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commit at least 2–3 days per week
Working Arrangement
- Flexible roster planning
- Half-day or full-day shifts available
