Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide suitable talent solutions
• Source, screen, and match candidates to available job opportunities
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate smooth hiring processes
• Follow up closely with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
• Provide excellent service and ensure positive candidate experience

Requirements
