Customer Service Associate (Banking/ Govt/ Entry Level)

Duration: 3 months extendable

Location: Raffles Place

Time: Mon-Fri, Office hours

Salary: $15/hour

Job scope:

• Support the counter and concierge duties
• Extract daily/weekly/monthly CRM Performance Reports
• Handle all enquiries at counter (Membership enquiries, UTAP, Gift Claim, Hardship grant application etc) including creating of CRM cases and update daily appointment list.
• Assist all frontline customer service transactions including membership sign up, submission of assistance programmes, card replacement etc.
• Other Ad hoc duties as assigned (e.g data entry, appointment confirmation via outbound call)

• Min. degree in any field
• No Experience as training will be provided
