Bank Associate/Bank Officer

Duration: 1 year

Location: Raffles

Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break

Salary: Up to $2800

Job scope

• Be part of the utility team supporting the KYC department on various aspects
• Provide name screening support from the client’s lifecycle of client relationship from onboarding, trigger events to account closure
• Assist in reviewing and dismissal of potential true hits
• Responsible for sending / addressing queries with relevant stakeholders arising from daily tasks
• Perform data entry to admin tasks such as maintaining/ updating various excel, scanning of documents or pdf extraction
• Adhere to Internal policies & procedures and escalate where necessary
• You will also need to assist in any admin and ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor/s.

Requirements

• Min. diploma in any field
• No experience required - training provided on the job
