Customer Service Officer/Patient Service Associate

Salary: SGD 1,800 - SGD 3,200 per month

Contract type: Full time

Provide frontline customer service, including patient registration and appointment scheduling
Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient care delivery
Assist as a chaperone during patient examinations when required
Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Manage payment collection and perform basic administrative duties
Support daily clinic operations and carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Minimum N/O/A Levels
Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
Willing to stand and walk for extended periods
Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required as training will be provided
Able to work office hours on a 5.5-day work week
