Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding activities
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and support candidate selection processes
• Prepare employment contracts, Letters of Appointment, and onboarding documentation
• Conduct new hire orientation and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Coordinate probation reviews and confirmation processes
• Handle the full spectrum of monthly payroll processing accurately and within timelines
• Compute salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and final payments
• Ensure timely submission of statutory requirements, including CPF and IR8A
• Maintain leave records, attendance tracking, and employee claims
• Address employee payroll-related enquiries professionally and promptly
• Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases
• Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance systems
• Support performance appraisal exercises, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, and quota matters
• Monitor work pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals
• Liaise with relevant authorities on labour compliance and regulatory matters

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll processing
• Familiarity with Singapore MOM regulations and work pass processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
