Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,500 - $2,600

• Attractive Incentives: (Up to $300)

• AWS + Performance Bonus

Working Hours

• Store Operating Hours: 10:00AM – 7:00PM

• Scheduled based on 44 Hours Work Week

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea, and beverages

• Recommend drinks and menu items to customers

• Handle cashiering, orders, and takeaway packing

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of café and equipment

• Ensure counters and display areas are well-stocked and presentable

• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Barista experience preferred

• Well-groomed, presentable, and youthful personality

• Friendly with strong communication skills

• Customer-oriented with positive working attitude

• Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Comfortable standing for long hours in a fast-paced environment
