Onsite Desktop Support Engineer

About the client: Our client is a Reputed Bank

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop support for end user hardware, OS, and desktop issues.
• Maintain desktop/laptop inventory records.
• Support desktop OS patching activities.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for desktop task automation and remote deployment.
• Coordinate application certificate renewals with internal teams and vendors (training provided).
• Support and update Zabbix monitoring messages and basic scripts (training provided).
• Liaise internally and assist with Monthly Common IT Services Management Report (training provided).

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Information Technology or any other field.
• Minimum 8 years in onsite desktop support (Windows OS, desktops/laptops, peripherals).
• Experience in PowerShell scripting knowledge.
• Experience with Tanium or other desktop patching tools.
• Work Mode: 100% Onsite (No remote / No hybrid).
• Occasional after office hours or weekend support may be required on a case by case basis.
