Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm and professional frontline service to customers and patients
• Assist with prescription collection, medication orders, and cashiering duties
• Handle phone enquiries and provide accurate pharmacy-related information
• Support pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations and administrative coordination
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory tracking, labelling, and invoice processing
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure pharmacy supplies are well organised
• Ensure the pharmacy area remains clean, organised, and operationally ready
• Support additional operational duties when required

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels / Diploma qualification
• Interested in healthcare, pharmacy support, or medical operations
• Comfortable handling customer-facing responsibilities
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
• Able to commence work within short notice
• Prior experience is not required as structured training will be provided
