Direct Insurance Sales Force Lead

Job Description:

• Accountable for achieving new business and renewal sales targets
• Track, analyse and optimise sales performance against targets through effective pipeline and conversion management
• Implement tactical initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve conversion rates
• Execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximise revenue and productivity
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Leverage data and insights to drive continuous optimisation of sales effectiveness
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team performance goals
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews and performance discussions
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative and accountable team culture
