The Job

Seeking an experienced and innovative Gen AI & Analytics Lead to drive the management and execution of all Artificial Intelligence (AI) and analytics initiatives, with a particular focus on Generative AI (Gen AI). This role will be instrumental in leading the execution of the Gen AI & Analytics roadmap, including the delivery of Gen AI proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot projects, and driving the commercialisation of Gen AI use cases. The successful candidate will also be responsible for program management and building internal capabilities in Gen AI, collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Gen AI & Analytics strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Gen AI & Analytics initiatives, including the design, implementation, and scaling of Gen AI POCs and pilot projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and drive the commercialisation of Gen AI use cases, transforming innovative concepts into scalable business solutions.
• Prepare and present compelling business proposals, business cases, and presentations to secure buy-in from senior management, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, compliance, and external partners, to ensure seamless execution of Gen AI & Analytics projects.
• Drive program management activities and lead internal capability building in Gen AI across the organisation.

• Engage with industry partners and relevant organisations to explore opportunities for collaboration, funding, and innovation, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements.

• Oversee project lifecycles from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, effective risk management, and alignment with business goals.
• Champion data governance, ethical AI practices, and continuous improvement in innovation methodologies.

The Talent

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading AI and analytics projects, with a strong track record in Gen AI initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to commercialise AI solutions and drive business impact.
• Strong business acumen with experience in developing business proposals and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with external partners and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in the financial services sector is advantageous.
