Oversee and lead our garment manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production processes, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards and delivering products on schedule while meeting cost and compliance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all manufacturing operations including cutting, sewing, finishing and packing to ensure production targets, quality standards and shipment deadlines are achieved.
  • Manage end-to-end garment production processes (Cut, Make, Trim, and Finishing) to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control systems to ensure compliance with buyer specifications and minimize defects.
  • Drive operational efficiency through lean manufacturing initiatives, line balancing, process improvement, and downtime reduction.
  • Supervise daily factory operations including production scheduling, raw material inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Monitor and control production costs and departmental budgets while maximizing productivity and operational output.
  • Lead and manage production floor staff, ensuring workplace discipline, employee development, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Analyse production KPIs and operational performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Possess 8 years of relevant work experience with minimum 5 years of experience in a management role within the garment manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes including sewing, cutting, finishing, industrial engineering and production planning.
  • Proven experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or similar operational excellence methodologies is highly preferred.
