Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and create engaging visual content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, short-form videos, and digital advertisements.

• Support the marketing and promotion of the company’s job listing platform to prospective clients.

• Manage and curate content for the company’s social media channels, ensuring engagement and brand presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.

• Craft engaging recruitment and HR marketing content, including job postings, career pages, and recruitment campaigns to attract prospective talent.

• Contribute to employer branding efforts by highlighting the organisation’s culture, values, and employee experiences through various communication channels.

• Build relationships with universities and professional organisations to expand outreach efforts and strengthen talent pipelines.

• Work closely with internal teams, including Talent Acquisition, to coordinate recruitment campaigns, projects, and company events.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Arts, Humanities, or related disciplines.

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.

• Proactive and possess strong initiative.

• Strong eye for design with excellent attention to detail.

• Possesses critical thinking skills and a strategic mindset.

• Basic knowledge of video and photo editing tools.
