About VELOCE

VELOCE is a modern fragrance house built on thoughtful craftsmanship, strong brand storytelling, and disciplined execution.We are entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a Brand Creative & Social Media Lead with a strong sense of branding, aesthetics, and visual judgment to support campaign direction and content at VELOCE. This role is for someone who understands what makes a brand feel luxurious, cohesive, and desirable, and can translate that into visuals, messaging, and content.

Who We’re Looking For

We do not need someone with a decade of experience. We need someone who cares deeply about branding; someone who feels restless when a visual is off, who rewrites captions in their head because the original did not feel luxurious enough, and who finds genuine joy in crafting a brand world that makes people stop and stare.

If you have ever rebuilt a brand's Instagram grid in your head, or saved a reference image just because the colour palette moved you, we want to hear from you.

You understand that luxury is communicated through every detail: the right words, the right white space, the right mood. And you know how to bring all of that together into something cohesive and irresistible.

What You'll Do

Brand & Visual Direction

  • Develop moodboards that define the look and feel of campaigns.
  • Translate product ideas into cohesive visual worlds.
  • Ensure all visuals align with a refined, modern luxury aesthetic.

Messaging & Positioning

  • Write product descriptions, captions, and scripts.
  • Shape how scents are communicated to feel clear, elevated, and desirable.
  • Maintain consistency in tone across all touchpoints.

Content & Campaign Planning

  • Plan how each launch translates into visuals and content.
  • Own end-to-end social media post creation, from conceptualising aesthetics to asset production and scheduling.
  • Identify what works visually and commercially for the brand.
  • Ensure all outputs feel intentional and aligned.

Community & Livestreams

  • Host brand and community focused livestreams (not limited to sales).
  • Share, educate, and communicate products in a natural and engaging way.
  • Build connection and trust with the audience overtime.
  • Create conversations around scents, preferences, and personal experiences.
  • Represent the brand’s tone and presence confidently on camera.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong eye for design, composition, and luxury aesthetics.
  • Clear understanding of how great brands are built -their aesthetics, their voice, their world.
  • Ability to think in concepts, not just execution.
  • Good sense of what visuals and messaging convert.
  • Clear and structured communication, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable speaking and engaging with an audience.

Nice to have

Exposure to modern content production tools, including AI assisted image and video generation, is an advantage but not required.
