Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain and update employee records, including salary adjustments and claims
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, and relevant submissions)
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with month-end closing activities
• Address payroll and benefits-related queries professionally
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll matters
• Support audit processes and maintain proper payroll documentation
