The Opportunity

  • Office Operations & Facilities Management: Oversee office service requests, maintenance of communications/electrical equipment, asset inventory, and vendor servicing to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Asset & Systems Administration: Manage car park system (including EV charging), PABX/intercom lines, photocopier servicing, and official mobile devices, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Financial Management & Compliance: Handle utilities, billing submissions, budget tracking, and act as Certifying Officer to ensure accurate payments and adherence to contract terms.
  • Procurement & Contract Management: Manage procurement processes, tenders, and contracts; monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and service standards.
  • Event & Logistics Support: Provide end-to-end logistics support for high-level events covering venue setup and operational readiness.
  • Operational Support & Contingency Duties: Support official functions, provide team backup coverage, and respond to urgent/emergency operational needs as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to support logistics, events, and multi-function operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with expense and invoice management systems (e.g., Concur or similar)
