Admin - Social Services

• Work Location - Thomson, Central Region
• Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Monthly Salary - up to $3160
• Govt Agency, 12 months contract

Job Scope

• Process applicants according to scheme eligibility
• Assign cases to relevant partner agencies
• Upload referral documents and maintain case records
• Monitor long outstanding cases and follow up with agencies for updates
• Prepare and send official correspondence to clients
• Complete case closure procedures
• Liaise with technical teams to resolve system issues
• Extract and compile case data for reporting purposes

Requirements

• Degree in any relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications –Excel, Word, Powerpoint
