Job Summary

Support engineering and project teams by assisting in planning, coordinating, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities to ensure timely project completion and operational reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to engineers and project teams to facilitate smooth daily operations
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely and successful completion
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and systems to uphold operational efficiency
• Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, drawings, and maintenance records to document project progress and system status
• Undertake overseas travel to support customers and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and service delivery
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to meet project and operational needs
• Participate in job training programs to develop skills and knowledge, especially for candidates without prior experience

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support documentation and reporting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Willingness to travel or work on-site as required to support project and customer needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply
