Operations & Brand Manager

Lightmeal Restaurant – QING SHI RI JI PTE LTD

We are a Singapore-based F&B brand established in2023, focusing on healthy light meals and beverages. As a growing lifestyle dining brand, we aim to enhance our brand presence, improve customer experience, and expand our digital marketing capabilities in Singapore’s competitive food industry.

We are seeking an Operations & Brand Manager to support both daily restaurant operations and brand development initiatives.

Key responsibilities include

• Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations
• Support the development and execution of branding and marketing strategies
• Manage social media content planning and digital platforms
• Conduct market research on F&B industry trends and consumer behavior
• Support customer engagement and service quality improvement
• Assist in staff coordination and operational workflow planning
• Contribute to visual branding, menu presentation, and promotional materials
• Support procurement coordination and vendor communication

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in operations, branding, marketing, or F&B management
• Background or knowledge in graphic design, visual communication, motion graphics, or animation is an advantage
• Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin; additional language skills (e.g. Japanese) will be an advantage
• Ability to work with diverse customer groups and internal teams
• Familiarity with digital platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Taobao, and other social media channels for market research and marketing insights
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking and analytical ability

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: SGD 5,000 – 6,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
• Employment Type: Full-time , hybrid role（operations + branding + marketing）
• Location: Singapore
