• Handle and manage the full recruitment process
• Coordination of interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage pre-boarding, onboarding and off-boarding of employees
• Liaise with clients, companies on staffing needs and requirements
• Assist in managing the wellbeing of the staff and department
