Senior Sales Coordinator / Team Lead

Salary: $3,500 to $3,800

Work Days: 5 Days (8.00am to 5.30pm)

Work Location: Near Woodland MRT (Company transport provided)

Industry: Manufacturing

• Coordinate sales orders and delivery arrangements with customers and internal departments.

• Process quotations, invoices and related sales documents accurately.

• Monitor order progress and support timely fulfillment.

• Handle operational and coordination matters related to orders and deliveries.

• Lead and guide junior Sales Coordinators in daily activities.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales administration or coordination

• Hands-on experience in invoicing and order processing

• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Singaporean only need apply
