The Property Relations/Property Officer role focuses on daily condo administration, resident relations, and smooth estate operations, with responsibilities spanning customer service, maintenance coordination, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Resident & Customer Service

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents regarding enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Provide customer service support to ensure resident satisfaction and harmonious community living.

Administrative Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the condominium management office.
  • Prepare and process work orders, purchase orders, and maintenance reports.
  • Maintain proper records of contracts, licenses, and inventories. MyCareersFuture Singapore

Maintenance & Operations

  • Supervise contractors and service providers for repairs, preventive maintenance, and estate upkeep.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of facilities such as security, cleaning, landscaping, and mechanical systems.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and other statutory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing for council meetings, AGMs, and sub-committee meetings.
  • Review contracts and recommend renewals or tenders before expiry.

Financial & Reporting

  • Collate invoices and submit recommendations for payment.
  • Monitor contractor performance and prepare evaluation reports.
  • Support budgeting and financial tracking for estate operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • N/O/Nitec/Diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in condo property management or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
