Job Description

• Provide patient care in accordance with the hospital’s policies, procedures, and clinical standards
• Support Senior Staff Nurses and Staff Nurses in administering oral medications and performing nursing procedures such as wound dressing and nasogastric feeding
• Assist in the orientation, supervision, and clinical guidance of Nursing Aides and Healthcare Assistants
• Monitor and document patients’ conditions, progress, and nursing care updates accurately
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure quality patient care and smooth ward operations
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the Nursing Division based on operational needs

• National ITE Certificate in Nursing
• Enrolled with Singapore Nursing Board
• Mature, caring and interested in geriatric nursing
• Experience in acute care or community setting background
