JOB SUMMARY
Employee Engagement & Events
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities, staff events, and corporate initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless planning and execution of events.
- Manage logistics, communications, timelines, and administrative arrangements for engagement activities and events.
- Develop and distribute employee communications, including EDMs and engagement materials, to support events and activities.
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Assist in administering and coordinating training programs, workshops, and employee learning initiatives.
- Support learning-related communications, maintain documentation, track participation, and assist in program evaluation.
Additional information
- 6 MONTHS CONTRACT - MATERNITY COVER
- Contract Bonus - one month upon completion of contract
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma with prior HR intern experience preferred
- Relevant experience in employee engagements and/or training development an added advantage
