Customer Service Coordinator

Job Highlights

• Work with Established US based Company based at Central Location @ UBI

• Up to $3,000/month + Variable Bonus

• Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing after-sales support and managing customer inquiries via email and phone call

• Handle end-to-end order processing to ensure accuracy and per customer requirements.

• Prepare and submit quotations to customers.

• Work closely with suppliers/vendor to monitor delivery status to ensure timely fulfillment.

• Generate and issue shipping documents and delivery order paperwork upon completion of services.

• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and support resolution of billing matters.

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Shipping/Business Admin or equivalent discipline.

• Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, order processing or similar functions

• Experience in logistics coordination and warehouse operations is preferred
