Job Scope

• Assist to book and arrange appointment for patient
• Assist in dispensing of medicines with doctor's prescription
• Assist in managing smooth clinic operations and maintaining clinical & service quality
• Registration of patients and providing customer service
• Process of billing/insurance agency transactions with different stakeholders
• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items

• At least 2 year of working experience in Dermatology Clinic
• Min O level
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Workspace
