Business Account Executive (Wildlife Management)

Our client is a well-established consultancy firm specialising in environmental risk management and aviation-related ecological solutions across Asia. They are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current business operations and client portfolio. They are located in the (Central) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities for Business Development Executive

• Support business growth activities by identifying and following up on potential project opportunities.
• Coordinate preparation of proposals, quotations, tender documents, and related submissions.
• Maintain and update customer records, pipeline status, and business reports within the CRM system.
• Conduct market analysis, industry research, and competitor tracking to support strategic planning.
• Liaise with internal project and technical teams to ensure smooth coordination of client requirements and deliverables.
• Assist in organising presentations, marketing initiatives, and client engagement activities.
• Attend meetings, exhibitions, and industry-related events when required.
• Support regional business activities and coordination with overseas stakeholders across Asia.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Environmental Science, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in business development, client coordination, project support, or related functions will be an advantage.
• Experience handling proposals, quotations, tenders, or administrative coordination preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage.
• Able to manage documentation, reports, and multiple ongoing assignments efficiently.
• Willing to travel regionally when required for business engagements and meetings.
• Interest or exposure in environmental services, aviation operations, or sustainability-related industries will be advantageous.
