Airfreight Customer Service Coordinator
Basic Salary: $3,200 - $3,600
Working Days: 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am - 1pm (Sat) - Alt Sat after probation
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Center
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers on airfreight inquiries
- Coordinate closely with customers on shipment requirements and updates
- Prepare and provide accurate quotations based on customer requests
- Follow up on quotations and support conversion to confirmed bookings
- Liaise with internal teams (operations, warehouse, accounts) for smooth execution
- Assist SOE in handling daily sales support and customer servicing tasks
- Monitor and update customers on shipment status when required
- Maintain proper records of quotations and customer communications
- Support ad-hoc duties assigned by SOE
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in logistics / freight forwarding preferred
- With experience in quotation handling / customer service in freight industry
- Basic knowledge of airfreight processes and terminology
