Project Manager / Senior Project Executive
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Days: 6 days (Monday - Saturday)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range
Project Manager: $4,000 – $6,000
Role Overview
Responsible for managing office fit-out / workplace projects end-to-end, from planning and site mobilisation through completion and handover. Accountable for delivery in accordance with approved timelines, budgets, specifications, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
Manage the full project lifecycle from commencement to completion and handover
Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and progress tracking
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Ensure delivery aligns with approved timelines, budgets, and specifications
2. Client & Contract Administration
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Manage project scope changes, variation orders (VOs), and contractual documentation
Maintain formal records of client instructions, approvals, and correspondence
Coordinate client meetings, site meetings, and approvals
3. Technical & Site Coordination
Review and coordinate architectural, technical, and shop drawings
Resolve construction and coordination issues across multiple trades
Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved design intent and specifications
4. Budget & Cost Control
Monitor project budgets, cost reports, and procurement activities
Prepare, evaluate, and manage variation orders
Review quotations and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
Ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
5. Team Supervision
Supervise Project Executives (Senior PE, PE II, PE I)
Allocate tasks and monitor progress to meet project timelines
Provide site-based guidance related to coordination and execution
6. Documentation & Compliance
Ensure complete and accurate project documentation and records
Enforce standard operating procedures and internal workflows
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements
7. Handover & Close-Out
Manage defect rectification and final inspections
Coordinate project handover and client sign-off
Ensure submission of complete close-out documentation
Requirements
Education
Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
Project Manager
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in office fit-out / workplace projects.
Proven experience managing projects from site mobilisation to completion and handover.
