Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide operational support professionally
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams regarding orders and deliveries
• Assist with data entry, documentation, and system updates
• Monitor shipment or order status and provide timely updates to customers
• Support issue resolution and ensure smooth communication between departments
• Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation

Requirements

• Customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Basic computer literacy and communication skills
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts
