Job Description

• Position Title: Regional Energy Manager/ Senior Engineer
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (flexible working hours)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead technical discussions with clients concerning their current cooling system configurations and energy efficiency objectives.
• Serve as a technical advisor for both internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and potential clients, on matters related to energy efficiency.
• Perform comprehensive analysis of clients' cooling systems to evaluate current efficiency levels and pinpoint areas that can be improved.
• Create high-level, cost-effective design proposals and improvement strategies for potential clients as part of business development initiatives.
• Sustain and engage with external engineering partners on specific projects.
• Cultivate relationships with OEM equipment suppliers throughout the region.
• Manage project responsibilities, ensuring effective coordination and successful project delivery.
• Assist in team development by mentoring and training junior staff members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Solid expertise in energy efficiency for commercial and industrial cooling systems.
• Excellent commercial and business insights.
• Willing to travel overseas as needed.
