HR Operations Executive

We are supporting a growing organisation in their search for an HR Operations Executive to join their regional HR team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys HR operations, payroll coordination, employee support, and process improvement within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Based in Singapore, this position will support HR operations across multiple entities in Asia, covering payroll administration, employee records management, leave and benefits administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR reporting, and employee welfare initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations while supporting employees across the region.

We are looking for a candidate with prior HR administration or HR operations experience who is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism. Exposure to regional payroll processes or multinational environments will be highly advantageous.

The ideal profile is someone who enjoys both administrative excellence and employee interaction, can work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and confidentiality are essential.
