Senior Interior Designer (Full time l Singapore)

We are seeking a full-time Senior Interior Designer to involves space planning, creating construction drawings, designing interiors, and selecting and specifying furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

The Senior Designers will collaborate with the team and clients to resolve practical challenges and bring flair to each project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret programming established by Director and Client and enforce with team.
• Assist, generate and guide compelling conceptual design narratives and concepts
• Assist in space planning from town planning phases to final documentation submissions
• Assist in managing and guiding client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination
• Guide and mentor staff yet helping the team and provide a “hands on” approach when necessary to ensure project deadlines and Hachem design levels are met.
• Provide project team coordination for the documentation, specifications, and material selections required for construction
