Trainee, Product Coordinator

Job Summary

You will manage product receiving, sorting, inventory control, and merchandising to maintain organized warehouse space. You will execute order fulfillment, provide timely inventory updates, and identify process improvements to support team efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming products to ensure accuracy and quality
• Sort products systematically to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval
• Manage inventory levels by tracking stock and updating records accurately
• Merchandize products to optimize warehouse space and accessibility
• Organize warehouse and inventory space to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Execute order fulfillment processes to meet customer and operational requirements
• Communicate inventory levels and sell-through data to team members regularly
• Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements to enhance workflow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Entry-level degree holders seeking traineeship experience with a global multinational corporation for brand exposure
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with team members
