Business Development Manager (Metall)

Our client is in the Manufacturing industry located in the West area with more than a decade specializing in recycling of precious metals, currently seeks a Business Development Manager to join their team

Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent will be managing in a team of 2 staffs. He / She will be responsible to lead the BD team to drive growth in sourcing for Platinum, Gold, and Silver. The main duties include strategic growth & market development, business acquisition & customer development, commercial governance, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will need to work closely with the Operations, Finance, Laboratory, and related teams to ensure smooth execution and strong customer service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or any related field
• At least 5 years working experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management function, preferably in precious metals, recycling or related sectors
• Working experience in leading a sales team of 2 or more
• Demonstrated success in developing new business opportunities within the industrial sector and securing profitable commercial agreements
• Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
