Customer Service Representative (Tech)

Job Scope
- Welcome and assist walk-in drivers and delivery partners through the sign-up and onboarding process
- Collect, verify, and validate customer documents in line with KYC/AML and internal compliance standards
- Create and process accounts using CRM and onboarding systems
- Clearly explain product features, eligibility requirements, fees, and terms
- Manage queues and appointment slots to maintain target waiting times
- Escalate system issues, exceptions, or risk flags to the appropriate stakeholders
- Maintain accurate daily logs, records, and audit-ready documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative/customer service role
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on getting information right the first time
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and CRM/onboarding platforms
- Excellent communication/document management skills
- Independent & disciplined, able to work under minimal supervision.
