About the Opportunity

We are partnering with leading higher education institutions in the UAE to appoint experienced and forward-thinking professionals for two Head of Campus opportunities based in Abu Dhabi.

These leadership roles are responsible for overseeing campus operations, academic excellence, student success, faculty engagement, and strategic institutional initiatives within a dynamic and multicultural education environment.

The successful candidates will work closely with academic and corporate stakeholders to support high-quality education delivery aligned with institutional objectives, regulatory standards, and industry needs.

Key Responsibilities

Campus Leadership & Operations

• Provide overall leadership and oversight of campus operations, administration, and academic support functions.
• Support the implementation of institutional strategies, operational plans, and campus initiatives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-focused learning environment.
• Ensure effective coordination across academic and administrative departments.

Academic Leadership

• Partner with academic leaders to support quality teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
• Monitor academic performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to academic planning, institutional development, and quality assurance activities.
• Support accreditation and compliance processes in alignment with regulatory requirements.

People Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and support multidisciplinary teams across academic and operational functions.
• Promote collaboration, employee engagement, and professional development.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes in line with institutional policies.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, faculty, healthcare/industry partners, and external stakeholders.
• Represent the campus at internal and external meetings, events, and partnership engagements.
• Support initiatives that strengthen industry collaboration and community engagement.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure campus operations comply with institutional policies, regulatory standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Support operational continuity, governance, and risk management initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education, Engineering, Health Sciences, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within higher education, technical education, healthcare education, or academic management environments.
• Demonstrated experience in campus leadership, academic operations, or institutional management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with accreditation, quality assurance, and regulatory frameworks within higher education is advantageous.
• Experience working within multicultural or international education environments is preferred.
