Supply Chain Executive (Onsite Customer Operations)

The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with an established organization within the industrial supply chain and onsite logistics sector, supporting inventory and operational services at customer sites across Singapore.

We are looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Supply Chain Executive (Onsite Customer Operations) to oversee daily onsite operations, ensure service excellence, and support operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy stakeholder interaction, operational coordination, and problem-solving within a customer-facing setting.

Role Details

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: West Region
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + AWS +Performance Bonus

The Job

• Oversee daily onsite operations, including inventory, toolcrib, and vending management activities
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure service excellence
• Support demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and operational reporting
• Manage customer requests, quotations, and commercial support activities
• Participate in customer meetings and support continuous improvement / cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure smooth operational flow while maintaining strong communication across teams

The Talent

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related disciplines
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or on-site warehouse operations support
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable handling operational issues independently
• Familiarity with inventory management or industrial supply chain operations is advantageous
