Supply Chain Key Account Executive

The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with an established organisation specialising in onsite industrial supply chain and operational support solutions, and we are looking for a Supply Chain Key Account Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a key account-focused role where you will support end-to-end onsite operations, including inventory coordination, replenishment planning, stakeholder management, and operational issue resolution within a customer-site environment. You will work closely with both internal teams and customers to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards across the account.

Role Details

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: West Region
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + AWS +Performance Bonus

The Job

• Oversee daily onsite operations, including inventory, toolcrib, and vending management activities
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure service excellence
• Support demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and operational reporting
• Manage customer requests, quotations, and commercial support activities
• Participate in customer meetings and support continuous improvement / cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure smooth operational flow while maintaining strong communication across teams

The Talent

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related disciplines
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or on-site warehouse operations support
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable handling operational issues independently
• Familiarity with inventory management or industrial supply chain operations is advantageous
