The Role

You'll own the wholesale sales pipeline end-to-end: hunting new accounts, nurturing existing ones, and turning tastings into long-term contracts. You'll work directly with the founders and have real influence over how we go to market.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of HORECA, corporate, and event accounts
  • Prospect actively — cold outreach, networking, trade events, referrals
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth fulfilment
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and revenue against monthly and quarterly targets
  • Feed market intelligence back to the team — competitor pricing, emerging trends, client requests

You Must Have

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in F&B, FMCG, hospitality supply, or food service
  • A track record of hitting or beating sales targets (be ready to talk numbers)
  • Strong network in Singapore's HORECA, hotel, or events scene is a major plus
  • Confident communicator — comfortable presenting to executive chefs, GMs, and procurement heads
  • Genuinely organised: you keep a clean pipeline, follow up reliably, and don't let leads go cold
  • Self-starter mindset — we'll back you, but you need to drive your own activity

Nice to Have

  • Existing relationships with hotel F&B teams, restaurant groups, or event organisers
  • Experience selling halal-certified products or to halal-conscious clients
  • Familiarity with dessert, gelato, or frozen food categories
