Office Admin Manager
MERIDIAN & SATURN CAPITAL PTE. LTD.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive person to provide recption service and administrative support to the team. Responsible for overseeing the company’s daily administrative operations and front desk management, ensuring a professional, efficient, and well-organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall office administration, facilities, and daily operational matters;
- Oversee front desk reception duties, including welcoming guests, handling incoming calls, mail, and deliveries;
- Coordinate meeting room arrangements, visitor registration, and hospitality services;
- Manage office supplies procurement, vendor coordination, and workplace maintenance;
- Coordinate company events, meetings, travel arrangements, and staff logistics support;
- Develop and improve internal administrative processes, policies, and office procedures;
- Liaise with external service providers, landlords, government agencies, and business partners when necessary;
- Maintain company records, administrative documents, contracts, and filing systems;
- Support onboarding arrangements and general HR administrative matters;
- Assist management in budgeting, expense tracking, and administrative cost control;
- Ensure office operations comply with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements;
- Handle ad hoc administrative and operational assignments.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination abilities;
- Professional presentation and communication skills;
- Service-oriented, proactive, and detail-oriented personality;
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common office management tools;
- Prior experience in office administration, reception, or operations roles preferred;
- Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.
