Responsibilities

• Coordinate / PO follow up with origin and customer for all incoming shipment.
• Manage shipments pre-alerts to customer timely.
• Basic knowledge on cargo commodity as per IATA rules and regulation
• Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
• Arrange shipments deliveries with customers and Traffic Team and customs team
• Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively
• Work closely with internal operations to meet customer’s requirements
• Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure all data are updated correctly in system
• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
• Monitors progress to achieve month end targets
• Work with billing team to close off jobs and issue invoice
• Take charge of supplier’s invoice disputes
• Take lead in issue resolutions
• Implement improvements to enhance service capability within the team

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 3 - 4 years of experience in Airfreight and familiar with import process
• Good understanding of Incoterms 2010
• Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible / Adaptive to changes
• Meticulous to details
