• Work collaboratively with chef and kitchen team to create and execute the menu

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and portioning guidelines.
• Physically fit to handle kitchen duties, including standing for long hours.
