Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Furniture Manufacturing
• Position Title: Site Manager
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: 6 days (Mon - Sat, 9.00am - 7.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Transport Allowance $300 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for furniture installation and interior projects
• Coordinate with designers, production team, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring proper workflow and productivity
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Construction, Interior Design, or related field
• Experience in site supervision for interior or furniture-related projects
• Good understanding of drawings, materials, and installation processes
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
