Marketing Assistant (MNC)

Our client is a MNC . They are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Tai Seng area – easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Assistant

• Responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives to attract and retain customers.
• Manage marketing budget, coordinate campaigns with sales, and track performance with clear ROI analysis.
• Set budgets, targets, and pricing strategies for products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Oversee marketing communications across multiple channels including digital, content, social media, events, and PR, working closely with design agencies to support product launches.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
• Create engaging content for website and blog to drive traffic and conversions.
• Support product development and licensing activities, and ensure customer satisfaction through feedback on quality and service issues.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• At least 3 years of marketing experience
• Experience in the home appliance industry is preferred
