Operations Excellence Manager (3PL Logistics)

Our client is a leading player in 3PL. Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking for a Operations Excellence Manager to support their growing legal and project teams. They are located in the (East) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities

• Leverage the latest technologies to drive operational improvement initiatives
• Develop manpower and asset planning strategies across multiple business units and accounts
• Assess risks associated with various process change approaches
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis of existing warehouse operations and processes
• Design and implement enhancements to operational policies, standards, and procedures
• Lead new project implementations and coordinate with stakeholders (Sales, HR, Finance, Facilities, IT, and Operations)
• Develop and establish new supply chain operations for clients
• Formulate and execute innovative logistics solution strategies
• Drive technology adoption and automation to improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or related module equivalent and above
• At least 5 years of related experience in Supply Chain
• Experience on new project planning
