ACN International Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based precision assembly services provider supporting complex mechanical and electrical build platforms.

We deliver structured rack builds, box builds, and cable integration work in certified production environments, operating under strict quality standards and documented work instructions.

Our technicians are directly employed and supervised by ACN to ensure process ownership, operational consistency, and high first-pass yield performance.

We are expanding our Singapore technical team to support stable baseline production capacity.

Job Summary

Join our precision assembly team in a cleanroom-controlled environment.

This is an entry-level role with structured on-the-job training provided. Candidates without prior assembly experience are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and sub-parts according to work instructions

• Follow documented procedures to ensure quality and consistency

• Maintain accurate production and traceability records

• Adhere to cleanroom, ESD, and workplace safety standards

• Support productivity and quality targets under supervision

• Perform crimping and soldering tasks after completing required skill certification

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level or O-Level qualification

• ITE / NITEC / Higher NITEC in Engineering or related discipline preferred

• Willingness to learn through structured training

• Comfortable working in cleanroom attire

• Basic computer literacy for documentation

No prior experience required.

Compensation

Basic salary starts from SGD 1,800+.

Monthly gross package may reach up to SGD 3,500 depending on working pattern, allowances, approved overtime, reliability bonus, skill certification, productivity incentives, and senior / lead progression.

Working Hours

Track A — 5-Day Working Week

Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, inclusive of one hour unpaid lunch break. Saturday and Sunday off.

Track B — 6-Day Working Week

Monday to Saturday, 08:00–18:00, inclusive of one hour unpaid lunch break. Sunday is the designated rest day. This track offers higher gross earning potential.

Overtime

Where the confirmed working pattern includes hours above the statutory weekly base, the applicable overtime component will be separately itemised in the payslip.

Any additional approved overtime beyond contractual working hours will be paid separately in accordance with Singapore employment requirements.

Other Information

• Shift: Fixed day shift, no rotation

• Location: Tai Seng, near MRT

• Reporting to: ACN Manufacturing Tech Operations Lead, on site

• Employment Type: Permanent, full-time

• Probation: 3 months

• Confirmation based on attendance, conduct, training progress, and work performance

• Progression: Structured skill progression pathway across Entry, Certified, and Senior / Lead levels
