What You’ll Be Involved In

Talent Outreach & Engagement

• Identify and connect with potential candidates through online platforms, social media, referrals, and personal networks

• Build strong candidate relationships and maintain active talent pipelines

• Understand candidates’ career goals and recommend suitable opportunities

Employer Coordination

• Liaise closely with hiring companies to understand manpower requirements and preferred candidate profiles

• Provide hiring support and suitable candidate recommendations based on business needs

• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the hiring process

Matching & Placement Support

• Arrange interviews and coordinate follow-ups between employers and candidates

• Conduct preliminary screening and profile assessments

• Support the placement process from initial sourcing to successful onboarding

Network & Business Expansion

• Grow your own professional network and candidate database

• Explore new hiring opportunities and business connections

• Stay informed on recruitment trends, hiring demands, and market movements

Recruitment Administration

• Maintain proper candidate records and hiring updates

• Ensure timely coordination and smooth communication throughout the recruitment journey

Who We’re Looking For

• Independent and self-motivated individuals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a flexible and fast-paced environment

• Passionate about recruitment, networking, or sales

• Familiar with recruitment platforms or online sourcing methods

Preferred Qualifications

• CEI Certification preferred

• Prior recruitment, sales, or business development experience is an advantage

• Basic understanding of Singapore hiring processes is beneficial

Earnings Potential

This is a commission-based opportunity with no cap on earnings.

Your income will be directly tied to your placements and performance.
